Face Injectables:

1. Botox

In cosmetic applications, botulinum toxin is considered safe and effective for reduction of facial wrinkles, especially in the uppermost third of the face. Injection of botulinum toxin into the muscles under facial wrinkles causes relaxation of those muscles, resulting in the smoothing of the overlying skin. Smoothing of wrinkles is usually visible three days after treatment and is maximally visible two weeks following injection. The treated muscles gradually regain function, and generally return to their former appearance three to four months after treatment. Muscles can be treated repeatedly to maintain the smoothed appearance.

botox armpits

A) Botox Armpits

Is injected into the skin to treat the symptoms of severe underarm sweating severe primary axillary hyperhidrosis) when medicines used on the skin (topical) do not work well enough in people 18 years and older.

2. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)

2. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)

Is a concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein derived from whole blood, centrifuged to remove red blood cells. It has a greater concentration of growth factors than whole blood, and has been used to encourage a brisk healing response across several specialties, in particular dentistry, orthopedics and dermatology. Main indications in dermatology for PRP are androgenic alopecia, wound healing, and skin rejuvenation.

3. O Shots

The O-Shot (The Orgasm Shot) is a non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation treatment. It is a simple painless treatment method of using your own blood platelets which are injected into your vaginal tissue. The platelets naturally attract your own stem cells to the injected area, which then generate healthier and more functional tissue in the vagina to stimulate vaginal and clitoral rejuvenation. After the treatment, you will find an increase in libido and the ability to orgasm more quickly and intensely.

p shots

4. P Shots

It incorporates the harvesting and injection of one’s own plasma enriched growth factors or PRP into specific areas of the penis. The Priapus Shot uses blood-derived growth factors to rejuvenate the penis. It is a natural process that the body does not reject, and is very successful.

Dermal Fillers:

juvederm filler

1. Juvederm

Juvederm is a collection of fillers is made from hyaluronic acid (HA). What’s interesting about HA is that it’s a natural substance in the skin that delivers nutrients, helps the skin retain moisture and softness and adds volume.

2. Radiesse

Radiesse is an injectable filler that helps to eliminate wrinkles, laugh lines, and other signs of age. Unlike the Restylane family of products, Radiesse is not comprised of hyaluronic acid. Instead, it contains a biocompatible compound of calcium hydroxyl apatite microspheres suspended in a carboxymethylcellulose gel.

Most of these particles are made up of calcium and phosphate ions, which naturally occur within the body, and the gel itself is formulated from an organic compound of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, glycerin and sterile water.

natural fillers

3. Natural Fillers

Natural fillers including fat transfer to the face, also called facial fat grafting or fat transfer to face, is the process of using the body’s own fat cells to add volume to the face. Due to aging, genetics, and other factors, the face is one of the quickest and most noticeable parts of the body to lose volume. This can lead to deep facial lines and creases and the appearance of hollowed out cheeks and eyes. During this procedure, the fat is first harvested from the body using a liposuction technique. Then, the fat is cleaned and purified before it’s injected into the patient’s face at the desired locations.

4. PDO (Threads for Lifting)

Polydioxanone Threads (PDO Threads) are absorbable threads that induce collagen production in the body. Depending on the type of PDO thread and injection technique, these procedures lift, tighten, or add volume to the area treated. Add volume by increasing collagen production that thickens and supports the skin. This volume is smoothly distributed throughout the area. These are most often injected in a mesh of threads to create three-dimensional volume. Creates targeted volume in the specific areas treated. Lift and tighten the skin smoothly, by stimulating collagen to contract below the skin’s surface.

Laser Services:

laser hair rem

1. Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is a medical procedure that uses a laser an intense, pulsating beam of light to remove unwanted hair. During laser hair removal, a laser beam passes through the skin to an individual hair follicle. The intense heat of the laser damages the hair follicle, which inhibits future hair growth. Laser hair removal is most effective for people who have light skin and dark hair. Although, laser hair removal effectively slows hair growth, it does not guarantee permanent hair removal. It typically takes multiple laser hair removal treatments to provide an extended hair-free period. Periodic maintenance treatments might be needed as well. Most common areas treated include: (Small Areas – Areolas, Chin, Ears, Eyebrow center, Fingers, Nose, Toes, Sideburns, Underarms, Upper lips), (Medium Areas – Cheeks and Jawlines, Back, Bikini line, Bikini Plus, Neck upper or lower, Belly extend, Hands and Feet), (Large Areas – Legs, Shoulders, Beard, Abdomen, chest, Neck full, Arms ¾, Stomach, Face).

o2 laser

2. CO2 Laser

Using advanced laser technology, a carbon dioxide (CO2) laser for skin resurfacing precisely removes outer layers of damaged skin to reveal the underlying skin which is softer, smoother, and younger looking. CO2 and erbium laser technologies are the two most commonly used laser skin resurfacing treatment options. The CO2 laser is used in the treatment of deeper facial lines and wrinkles, while the erbium laser is used for fine lines to moderately deep wrinkles.

3. CO2RE

The CO2RE (by Candela) Carbon Dioxide (C02) Fractional Laser Resurfacing removes layers of skin tissue in a fractionated method (columns of skin are removed, leaving the skin surrounding each column intact to aid in healing) to help reduce “age-spots” (also called sun freckles, liver spots, and lentigines), fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, uneven coloration, skin laxity, textural irregularities, dull tone, and a thinned collagen layer of the face, neck, and chest.

4. CO2 with PRP

CO2 with PRP is a procedure where the outer layer of skin (the outer epidermis) and some of the inner layers of skin below it (the papillary dermis) were removed. Removing those skin layers causes the body to treat the area like an injury. The area then heals the area with skin that is thicker and looks younger than the original. There have been significant improvements in the technology since then, and the methods used to make the skin look younger have changed. Instead of completely removing the outer layer of skin, the laser beam is fractionated broken up into a grid pattern instead of being solid.

Fat Reduction & Skin Tightening:

lipotropoc b12

1. Lipotropic B12 Injection

Lipotropic injections, or Lipo-B, contain essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that help boost the metabolism. Providers of Lipo-B injections list the following ingredients, the lipotropic portion of our Lipo B injections is composed of three amino acids: Methionine, this is an important antioxidant and amino acid, it is important for the growth of new blood vessels. Inositol, this is a vitamin-like substance, it improves mood and is used to treat panic disorder, high cholesterol, insomnia, and depression. Choline, choline is a nutrient that supports energy levels and metabolism.

2. Kybella

Kybella is synthetic deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath the chin, KYBELLA destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.

3. Weight Management

Weight Management is a long-term approach to a healthy lifestyle. It includes a balance of healthy eating and physical exercise to equate energy expenditure and energy intake. Developing healthy eating habits while using tips that will keep us fuller longer can be useful tools in weight management. Knowing what your body needs is important to weight management and can control overconsumption and underconsumption of food.

4. Velashape

Velashape is a non-invasive body contouring treatment for circumferential and cellulite reduction. VelaShape enables you to safely achieve a toned, contoured and wellshaped body in typically 3 treatment sessions single treatment protocol is also available making you look and feel more youthful. VelaShape provides dramatic results without downtime or significant discomfort. Cellulite treatment areas could be on the neck (under chin), arms, thighs, buttocks, flank and abdomen. Most patients see gradual and cumulative results throughout the treatment regime.

5. Ultrashape

The Ultrashape System is the first and only FDA cleared, non-invasive body shaping device that uses pulsed, focused ultrasound to mechanically (non-thermally) and selectively destroy fat cells at a designated focal point in the subcutaneous fat tissue without harming the skin, blood vessels, nerves or connective.

Anti-Aging Treatment:

1. Microneedling with Radio Frecuency Sking Tightening

red light

A) Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy is an every-day term for the science of photobiomodulation. It has been proven effective for a wide range of healing and rejuvenating uses including anti-aging, hair loss prevention and regrowth, skin conditions, wound care, pain relief, and much more. It is a 100% natural therapy with zero side effects. Omnilux revive at 633nm is proven to stimulate cellular mechanisms responsible for tissue repair and regeneration. Omnilux systems ensure that the right light dose is always delivered to the tissue, the right wavelength is always used to successfully activate the target cells or light reactive substrates and the right intensity is always used to prevent inefficient tissue response.

B) Blue Light

Omnilux blue  stimulates these chemicals and so eradicates the bacteria that cause the redness or inflammation of acne. This is combined with Omnilux revive which has anti-inflammatory properties, this helps to minimize the redness of acne lesions and promotes healthier skin. Omnilux treatments are totally non-invasive and generate no heat. The treatment does not damage normal tissue and works with the body's own natural processes to rejuvenate the skin. This reduces the bacterial colonization of the sebaceous gland, returning the gland's abnormally high level of sebum to normal and reducing the production of pro inflammatory cytokines. Simultaneously, Omnilux blue induces anti-inflammatory cytokines, stimulating specific immune regulatory pathways.

2. Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is non-invasive procedure that often uses tiny crystals to exfoliate and remove the superficial layer of dry dead skin cells.

chem peels

3. Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin on the face, neck or hands. A chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes the skin to exfoliate and peel off. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. The new skin is also temporarily more sensitive to the sun. There are three basic types of chemical peels: Superficial or lunchtime peel: Alpha-hydroxy acid or another mild acid is used to penetrate only the outer layer of skin to gently exfoliate it. The treatment is used to improve the appearance of mild skin discoloration and rough skin as well as to refresh the face, neck, chest or hands. Medium peel: Glycolic or trichloroacetic acid is applied to penetrate the out and middle layers of skin to remove damaged skin cells. The treatment is used to improve age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, freckles and moderate skin discoloration. It also can be used to smooth rough skin and treat some precancerous skin growths, i.e. actinic keratosis. Deep peel: Tricholoracetic acid or phenol is applied to deeply penetrate the middle layer of skin to remove damaged skin cells. The treatment removes moderate lines, age spots, freckles and shallow scars. Patients will see a dramatic improvement in skin appearance. The procedure is used on the face and can only be performed once.

micro prp

4. Microneedling with PRP

Microneedling with PRP is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment with quick recovery time, and is designed to stimulate the body's natural collagen production. The treatment actually involves the use of two procedures, micro-needling and PRP (platelet rich plasma) done consecutively. Microneedling, or collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. These needles are used to puncture the skin at various depths to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates a channel that stimulates neovascularization and neocollagenesis to fill these microscopic wounds. Blood was obtained from the patient using a 10-mL syringe containing acid citrate dextrose. The blood was centrifuged for 10 minutes, separating the PRP from the platelet poor plasma. The PRP was applied to the face immediately prior to and after treatment with the microneedling pen.

1. Liposuction

Liposuction does not remove cellulite, dimples, or stretch marks. The aim is aesthetic, the patient wishes to change and enhance the contour of their body. Liposuction permanently removes fat cells, altering the shape of the body. However, if the patient does not lead a healthy lifestyle after the operation, there is a risk that the remaining fat cells will grow bigger. Liposuction improves the appearance of body areas that have concentrated amounts of visible fat. Through a vacuum-like process, the fat is removed, creating a smoother, more attractive body contour and better self-image. Various liposuction methods include the tumescent, fluid injection, ultrasound-assisted, and super-wet techniques. Liposuction is mainly used to improve how a person looks, rather than providing any physical health benefits. In many cases, the patient would probably achieve the same, sometimes even better, results if they adopted a healthy lifestyle - balanced diet, regular exercise, and a healthy sleep schedule.

It can take just an hour up to several to perform liposuction surgery. Time requirements vary quite a bit, depending on the size of the area being treated, the amount of fat being removed, and the technique being used.

Liposuction Side Effects
Liposuction side effects may include temporary swelling, bruising, discomfort, numbness, and limited mobility.

Liposuction Risks
All surgical procedures carry risk of infection, bleeding, and reaction to anesthesia. Specific liposuction risks can include:
- Asymmetry
- Rippling
- Skin injury
- Pigmentation changes

Liposuction Results & Duration
Liposuction results are considered permanent, but do rely on the behavior of the patient. Healthy eating and a smart fitness plan need to be adhered to for liposuction results to last.

Liposuction Recovery
Patient wears a compression around the treated areas for about a month after surgery to assist with reduction of swelling. Patients often feel comfortable returning to work about 1-2 weeks into the liposuction recovery period. After liposuction, recovery from swelling and bruising usually takes about 2-4 weeks. The final shape will develop over the 2-3 months following surgery.

Liposuction Anesthesia
The liposuction anesthesia of choice is usually general, though local anesthesia with sedation may be opted for, depending on the volume of work being done.

2. Brazilian Butt lift (BBL)

Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a fat extraction that is performed by liposuction. Fat processing involves decanting and centrifugation. The final step is the process of fat injection back into the buttocks. The process of fat reinjection involves hundreds of injections. The procedure is designed to fill the upper quadrant of your buttocks so that the butt appears lifted and perky. The resulting effect is that your profile appears more attractive and sensuous. After liposuction, the fat suctioned from these areas is carefully processed and purified by decanting and centrifugation. Only a fraction of the donor fat removed will qualify for re-injection to the buttocks. In most cases, not more than 25% of the fat cells extracted will be qualified for re-injection. The fat is placed or transferred to the buttocks in hundreds of injections with special cannulas. I inject small amounts of purified fat into different areas of the buttocks and at various depths so that the patient will get the highest permanent absorption rate. Thus, the procedure usually involves hundreds of micro fat injections. Correct injection methods are essential to achieve a uniform, smooth, natural appearance to the buttocks.

3. Fat Transfer

A fat grafting procedure transfers fat from areas in which you have excess fat, such as the outer thighs, and injects it into areas that may be lacking in volume, such as your face, hands, breasts or buttocks.

A) Facial fat transfer:

If you have facial creases, such as laugh lines, smile lines, and crow’s-feet, fat can be removed from your abdomen, thighs, or other areas and be injected into your face. Acne scars and sunken areas of the face, lips, and cheeks can also be filled in. Your plastic surgeon can even use grafted fat to minimize lines between your nose and mouth, correct skin depressions or indentations and minimize forehead wrinkles.

B) Breast augmentation:

If you desire a modest increase in breast size, you are a good candidate for fat grafting to the breast, but your breasts should already have a nice shape and good skin tone. If you have poor skin, sagging breasts, or want a significant increase in breast size, breast augmentation with fat transfer is not for you. The problem with only using fat for breast enhancement lies in getting large volumes of fat to predictably.

C) Hand rejuvenation with fat grafting:

Fat grafting into your hands is effective for adding volume, “plumping up” wrinkled areas, covering underlying vessels and tendons and improving the quality of your skin over time.

stem cell

4. Stem Cells Facelift

The stem cell facelift is a complete facial rejuvenation procedure without involving any surgery. The procedure avoids any incisions and the actual were lifting of the skin itself. The procedure has been performed at the Plastic Surgery Center International for over four years with outstanding results.

The main function of the procedure is to restore both the youthful contour and shape of the face as well as a marked improvement in skin quality, tightness and color irregularities caused by the aging process as well as exposure to the sun and environment. What makes the stem cell facelifts unique and different from other fat transplant procedures is the fact that the abdominal fat and stem cells are mixed with a specific combination of growth factors that help both the stem cells and adipose tissues grow into the needed tissue to restore both the fat to enhance the volume of the face as well as skin elements to improve both the quality and texture of the skin.
